This was a spur of the moment decision for me so I came having no idea what to expect and not having followed any of the diet. The visions I had were incredibly dark and powerful. They seemed to last for longer than the ceremony. I felt like I had been dreaming for weeks. Never before, have I felt such a powerful our of body experience. It isn’t something you can be told about or truly prepare for.
